What to Expect Upon Arrival and Departure
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our hotel team members, who will share more about physical distancing measures and direct you toward check-in.
At this time, valet service is unavailable, in order to limit contact. Self-parking is available at the parking garage across the street or Star Park on Alder street, between Broadway and 6th Avenue.
We have implemented a limited-contact check-in process for your hotel stay; please have your ID ready. You will receive a key card that is thoroughly sanitized between each use, and guest room information will be provided to you via Paige, our Virtual Concierge.
Because of city-mandated guidelines, some of our amenities may have changed for the moment. Please check your pre-arrival email or our Amenities Page for more details.
We are still excited to offer you Provenance Signature amenities that keep you feeling fit and healthy, like Shinola bikes and Well+Fit kits.
Bellman service will be available upon request with added safety protocols in place (including elevator-use guidelines and guest room luggage door-drop only).
Guest Rooms & Housekeeping
A disposable key will be provided for your stay, and a limited number of room reservations will be accepted each night. Rooms will remain unoccupied for 24 hours between guests to allow for thorough cleaning and sanitization.
While we are not encouraging daily housekeeping service as a safety precaution, it will be available upon request. Extra blankets and pillows are available by request.
All paper and reusable informational collateral has been removed from rooms. Guests can learn more about available services by sending a text to Paige, our Virtual Concierge at 1-971-256-8033. Instructions for Paige will be provided at check-in by the desk agent.
