We try to accommodate late check-out requests when we can. Late check-out availability is dependent on the number of check ins we have scheduled for that day. To request a late check out, call or stop by the front desk on the evening before your departure or in the morning before 11 a.m. Late check-out fees vary based on departure time.
IS THERE VALET PARKING?
We do not offer valet services, but we do have self-parking included with your stay.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
Yes, we will happily greet your pet with a pet bed, bowls, toy, tasty treat, and a list of local pet resources for $25 per day.
WHERE CAN I WORK OUT?
Our fitness center is located on the lower level of the hotel and is open 24 hours a day.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We offer a variety of cancellation policies dependent on the rate offers booked.
Our Flexible Rate allows you to cancel your reservation by 4 pm local hotel time 1 day prior to the arrival date to avoid a fee of up to 1 night's room and tax.

NEED HELP GETTING TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT?
Our shuttle is currently down for maintenance. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We offer shuttle service Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 AM to 3 PM. Please give the front desk a call when you land and we’ll pick you up. To arrange a shuttle to the airport, please call or stop by the front desk the evening before your departure.
IS THERE ANY WAY TO DO LAUNDRY?
We don’t have self-service laundry facilities, but we do offer same-day dry cleaning and laundry service. If you drop your laundry at the front desk by 8 a.m., you’ll get it back the same day.
CAN I CHARGE MY ELECTRIC CAR?
Yes! We offer electric vehicle charging included with your stay. Please let our team know upon arrival for parking arrangements.
