Hotel Max Meets Seattle’s Museum of Pop Culture
In an increasingly fragmented world, pop culture is a universal language through which folks can build connections. MoPOP is both a physical space and an intellectual and emotional opportunity for people from every background to explore, find community, and recognize their own creative potential. With the help of visitors and supporters, the museum offers experiences that catalyze living a creatively inspired life.
Since opening its doors in 2000, in Seattle Washington, MoPOP’s nonprofit museum has reached more than 11 million people. Their work helps preserve pop culture history for future generations, create community with engaging programs and events, and motivate future creators to innovate and inspire through their own artistic expression.

- Sound Off!: The Pacific Northwest’s premier 21-and-under music showcase.
- Movies at MoPOP: screenings of pop culture favorites and cult classics.
- Through the Eyes of Art: A celebration of pop culture and the Black experience.
- Youth Programs: Everything from summer camps on improv or drag performance to sensory friendly programs that give people a chance to experience the museum with lowered light and sound levels.
- Hot Takes: A not-so-serious symposium where guests share their strong opinions loosely held.
The Museum of Popular Culture is only a 20-minute walk from Hotel Max, making it nice n’ easy to explore all the exciting happenings they have going on. Throughout our partnership with them, we also offer special packages for all the culture loving critters out there.
