We are people first, hoteliers second. The well-being of our guests, team members and community is our number-one priority, today and every day. Our guest well-being and sanitization standards are being implemented at The Heathman Hotel and across all Provenance hotels. 

For your safety and the safety of our staff, we have implemented: 

  • A Limited-Contact Check-In Process
  • Accredited Health, Safety and Cleaning Process
  • Paige, Our Virtual Concierge

All paper and reusable informational collateral has been removed from our rooms, but guests can learn more about available services by sending a text to Paige, our Virtual Concierge. Instructions for Paige will be provided at check-in by your desk agent. Guests can also request a contactless check-in, which can be arranged in advance.

Cleaning & Sanitation 

We’re implementing a guest well-being and sanitization standard at The Heathman Hotel and at each Provenance hotel, driven by local and state health organizations, American Hotel and Lodging Association guidelines and CDC guidance. Our team is trained on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols and will be taking necessary precautions to ensure a safe environment for our guests. 
 
We have increased the frequency of property-wide cleaning and disinfecting measures, covering guest rooms, high-touch surfaces and everything in between, including public areas, entrances, elevators, restrooms and back-of-house. 

Wellness Checks 

While on property, should you or any guest start exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, please alert a member of hotel staff immediately. 
 
Employee temperature checks are conducted daily. Any employee with a fever (temperature over 100° F), showing signs of illness or virus, will be directed immediately toward appropriate medical care facilities.   

Flexible Cancellation Policy 

We know that flexibility is what you need right now. We want to remind you of the flexibility already built into our rates and packages that allow you to adjust your travel plans. 

Our Flexible Rate allows you to change or cancel your reservation up to noon (12pm) on the day of your arrival. Changing the date on any reservations through our Flexible Rate may result in different pricing, but there is no fee for making changes. To inquire about any booking, please contact the hotel or our reservations team.
