Born in Portland, Ore. out of friendship and a deep appreciation for hospitality and craftsmanship, Lightning Bar Collective has been bolstering Portland’s nightlight and redefining the city’s bar scene since 2007. Bringing together creative design and exceptional food and drink, the company’s portfolio includes Century, The Bye and Bye, Victoria, The Sweet Hereafter, Associated, Capitol, Thunderbird and Jackknife, located at Provenance Hotels’ Sentinel in Portland. In 2018, the team opened their first hotel, Villa Royale, in Palm Springs, Calif.
