DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

We allow dogs under 75lbs with a limit of two dogs per room. We charge a cleaning fee of $100 per stay, plus $50 per additional dog. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and are not allowed near the pools.

House Rules & Policies

We are an ADULTS only proper ty - no one under the age of 21 is allowed.
Villa Royale is a non-smoking property. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed to guests who smoke in rooms & patios.
Our one bedroom & studio villas are able to accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. Our two bedroom villas can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
Lost key replacement fee = $30.
Speak softly after 10pm. We are an intimate property, please be respectful of other guests.
Villa Royale is located in a residential neighborhood with noise restrictions from 10pm - 7am.
Professional photo shoots must be approved by management.
All food delivery services must check in with the front desk upon arrival.
If our guest robes are not found in your room upon checkout your folio will be charged.
